All board Santa’s Paradise Express!

This Christmas season, ignite a new tradition or celebrate an old one with your family as you ride the rails at Strasburg Rail Road. Our daily Christmas trains include all the festivities that make the holidays special: Carolers and brass players bring you your all-time favorite carols, Santa’s helpers will gift your child a special gift from the North Pole, and your train ride even includes a visit from the big man himself, Santa Claus! 

This 45-minute train ride through the beautiful Amish countryside is certain to bring your family closer together and make your holiday season extra special! Our Caboose Charter is only available on the half hour departures. Be sure to select one of these departures in order to reserve the Caboose for you and your family.

What to expect before arrival:

• You can check in at our station box office between platforms 3 & 4.
• Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early, as the train will begin boarding 15 minutes before departure.
• Arrive even earlier to check out our live Christmas revue shows on the Town Square Stage at the heart of the station.
• All you need to bring with you is a big helping of holiday cheer, and even if you don’t, we’ll ensure you leave with some!
