Brenner Dining Car, the oldest operating all-wood dining railcar in America. As you steam through the heart of the picturesque Lancaster County countryside, a corridor we have traversed since our charter in 1832, you will be treated to a premier multi-course meal that honors the “Golden Age of Railroading.”
Under the expert direction of the Café 1832 culinary team, each dish is freshly prepared and served by a First Class attendant, ensuring a seamless blend of historic charm and modern excellence.

Starters: Your choice of a classic Caesar or fresh House Salad.
Signature Entrées: Select from flavorful Chicken Parmesan over angel hair pasta, a savory Chimichurri Sirloin, artisanal Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, or Teriyaki Salmon served over fried rice.

ATTENTION: Please note that all Dinner on the Rail passengers must be age 21 or older with a proper photo ID to board the train. Each guest will be carded, pursuant to state law. In addition, in accordance with Pennsylvania law, alcohol can only be served during the train ride. Alcoholic drinks must be consumed before exiting the train; alcohol is not permitted off the train. Strasburg Rail Road is not permitted to serve alcoholic drinks while the train is berthed in the Station.
